Lage, Lage, Lage und das es die Möglichkeit einer Garage (für Klein oder Mittelklasse) gibt. Ansonsten ist parken eher komplex und teuer. Ausstattung insgesamt gehoben und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist leider insofern nicht barrierefrei da die Dusche in der Badewanne ist und der Flur für einen Rollstuhl schon sehr eng ist. Parken ohne Garage quasi nicht möglich bzw. Glücksspiel.

We loved this clean and spacious apartment. After already traveling for two weeks, we especially appreciated the washer and dryer. The kitchen was well appointed, too, and the orderliness was impressive - it was easy to fix a quick breakfast to start each day. The location was great for walks or bus rides to everywhere we wanted to go. We’d happily stay again!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Geschehen, nah zum Rheinufer und auch mit Hund durch nahe gelegenen Park super.Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten netten Kontakt zum Vermieter.Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!
