Chestnut Cottage has a commanding setting on the Fairway Lakes, a stunning development within the grounds of Caldecott Hall Golf Club and Spa.
The 400-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Norfolk Broads with easy access of the amazing coastline and many wide sandy beaches.
Designed with first-floor open-plan living accommodation, to maximise the wonderful views across the golf course, lake and open countryside.
A fully equipped kitchen and large dining table are perfect for celebrating any occasion in style.
From here you can step outside onto a seating veranda, the perfect spot to watch the players enjoy their game of golf, and peaceful views over the lake with visiting birdlife.
A staircase also leads down to another seating terrace and your very own hot tub and sauna with shower.
The living room offers comfy sofas, perfect to enjoy quality time together.
On-site, guests can enjoy the facilities of The Barnworks Spa, with an indoor heated swimming pool (charges apply with a discount for lodge guests) and shower and changing facilities.
There are set times for children to use the swimming pool, always accompanied by an adult.

What an absolutely beautiful cottage. Stylish, spacious and well equipped. The kids loved the pool table. And we even had a few family tournaments. The hot tub was a lovely addition as well. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone.
