In the heart of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, in Val de Creuse and Anglin, 25 km from La Roche-Posay and 100 km from Tours, eco-renovated barn (European Eco Label, Natural Park Value))... close to nature (hiking and mountain biking trails starting from the accommodation), Green Way) and the Haute Touche animal park.
On the ground floor: kitchen/living room/lounge - 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 2 people) - walk-in shower/wc - entrance - wc (washing machine). On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms: the dormitory (4 single beds,) the child's bedroom (2 bunk beds) - small lounge (hifi, DVD, TV, board games, library) - shower room/wc.
Boiler stove heating (wood heating from November to the end of April-beginning of May: flat rate of €70 per stay).
H²O recovery and phyto-purification. only bottom sheets and pillowcases are provided (duvet covers not provided: €10 per stay/cover if provided) We do not have the Accueil Handicap label but the barn is designed to facilitate the stay of people with motor and visual disabilities (lift for people with reduced mobility, Italian showers, pocket doors, LED lighting on stairs, worktops, pathways, etc.) Only bottom sheets and pillowcases are provided, provide top sheets or duvet covers in 90 cm for 8 beds and in 160 for 1 bed (€10 per stay/cover if provided) household and bathroom linen not provided. environmentally friendly cleaning products provided. Property managed by a professional.
