Nestled in an exceptional natural setting, just 5 minutes by car from Bordardoué beach and the center of Le Palais.
This spacious 125 m² home can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It features a pleasant 53 m² living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of almost 1,000 m².
Wi-Fi is included, so all that's missing is you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 53 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied) - A fully-equipped kitchen with 3 gas hobs, 1 electric hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a storeroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. - Bedroom 1 with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2 with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3 with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4 with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 5 with three single beds - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer.
Exterior: - A large 1,000 m² garden with sea views and a double terrace on either side of the house with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Le Palais, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : Embark for the largest of the Breton islands, whether you're a fan of board sports, iodized flavors, art or adventure, you'll always be satisfied with unique experiences.
Visit the home of Sarah Bernardt, who settled on the island at the end of the 19th century, or head for the north-west of the island to Sauzon, a picturesque port and one of the island's must-sees.
