Holiday Home on the Baltic Sea Coast in Southern Sweden
Located on the east coast of Sweden in the Kaggebo holiday home settlement, this beautiful holiday home is situated in a high and open position, offering you even partial sea views.
You will be staying just a few hundred meters from the shore in a summer oasis with a tennis court (for a fee), swimming pool, children's pool, and a summer kiosk in your neighborhood.
The house has two bedrooms with 2 and 3 sleeping accommodations respectively, a bright, cozy living room with an open fireplace, another room with a sofa bed, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Furthermore, the accommodation features two terraces, one of which is partially covered and offers "a bit" of a sea view.
A large natural plot belongs to the house. The surrounding area offers two bathing spots by the sea with cliffs and a small sandy beach.
Small paths run along the shore, perfect for a romantic evening stroll. The Kaggebo holiday home settlement is part of the "Tjust skärgård" archipelago, with the town of Valdemarsvik (20km) as the nearest larger settlement.
The summer pearl "Västervik" is only 50km away, and in Lofthammar (20km), golfers will find the nearest course for their sport. The holiday home is not suitable for people with mobility impairments. 2 bedrooms (1st with double bed, 2nd with bunk bed and single bed). Extra sleeping accommodation in the living room: sofa bed. The nearest neighbor is 50 meters away from the property.

Einka...
