(+) : Appartement avec une très belle vue et l'immeuble est beau et bien situé.
(-) : Electricité à revoir dans les chambres et les salles de bain ( appliques cassées ) .
La canapé lit de salon est très sale on hésite à s'y asseoir, le matelas du lit double est aussi d'une propreté très douteuse.
Il manque des verres.
