(+) : Appartement déjà loué l'an passé qui très bien situé, en bord de mer, à proximité des restaurants et magasins en tous genres.
(-) : Appartement impeccable, restauré visiblement depuis peu mais dont la salle de bain a été négligée, ce qui est bien dommage, alors qu'il suffirait de peu (étagères à remplacer, ajouter un ou deux carreaux de carrelage...)
