The vacation apartment is approx. 70 m² in size. It has a living room with a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The apartment also has two covered balconies with balcony furniture and a wonderful view. The kitchen consists of a kitchenette with stove and oven and a fridge with freezer compartment. The cozy seating area in the kitchen invites you to enjoy a nice breakfast. A coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available for this purpose. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and there is plenty of space in the closet for your belongings. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub as well as a separate WC with bidet. You will find space for your utensils in the bathroom cupboard. A hairdryer, towels, bed linen and dishcloths are also provided.

A deposit of 20% will be charged after booking.

The remaining payment is made on site in cash.

Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 90% of the total price.


Arrival is possible from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Departure is possible until 10:00 AM.

Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Please contact us in good time for an arrangement if necessary.

The key handover takes place in person on site or via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.

Pets are allowed for a fee of €10.00 per pet/night.

The tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night will be charged additionally on site.

On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments are available from 2:00 PM. The departure time is 10:00 AM, later by arrangement.
