Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment, measuring 45 square meters, offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bright living-dining room invites you to linger with a comfortable 2-seater swing/lie-down sofa, a cozy armchair, and two coffee tables. A modern LCD television with satellite reception ensures the best entertainment, while the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, as well as a practical breakfast bar with two bar stools, leaves nothing to be desired.

The stylish bedroom is a true retreat, pampering you with high-quality king-size bedding, a spacious mirror cabinet, two elegant nightstands with touch screen lamps, and an additional LCD television. The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and two mirrors, has been designed exclusively and offers the highest level of comfort.

In the outdoor area, two beautiful seating areas surrounded by fragrant herbs, trees, and shrubs invite you to relax. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and unwind at the end of the day. Bed linen, towels, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, and toilet paper are already included in the price. Wi-Fi is available for you free of charge and conveniently with a password, as well as a private parking space directly at the house.

For families with children, we are happy to provide a baby bed, a high chair, and special children's dishes upon request. Additionally, there is the possibility to use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee if needed.

The 5-star holiday apartment "Ahrfair in the Herb Garden" is located in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, directly on the Ahr River and nestled within an idyllic herb garden. Guests are invited to use the diverse herbs for preparing their meals or to make aromatic herbal teas. When the sun is shining, the air is filled with the scent of essential oils from the herbs and citrus blossoms.

The 45 sqm apartment features a living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, and an exclusive ground-level shower room. Two outdoor seating areas invite guests to linger amidst the herbs, trees, and shrubs. WLAN and a free parking space are available.

Directly by the house, hiking and biking trails invite exploration along the Ahr River. A bicycle shop with rental is nearby. Shopping opportunities are only 400 meters away, and there are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. Although the accommodation is relatively central, one can enjoy peace and quiet here, as it is located on the edge of the forest. Bicycles can be securely parked on the property.

A deposit of 50% will be charged after booking.

The remaining payment must be made by bank transfer within 14 days before arrival.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total price.


Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM.

Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in good time if needed for arrangements.

The handover of the keys takes place in person on site.

A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.

Pets are not allowed.

The visitor's tax of €2 per person/night will be charged additionally on site.
