Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment, measuring 45 square meters, offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bright living-dining room invites you to linger with a comfortable 2-seater swing/lie-down sofa, a cozy armchair, and two coffee tables. A modern LCD television with satellite reception ensures the best entertainment, while the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, as well as a practical breakfast bar with two bar stools, leaves nothing to be desired.
The stylish bedroom is a true retreat, pampering you with high-quality king-size bedding, a spacious mirror cabinet, two elegant nightstands with touch screen lamps, and an additional LCD television.
The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and two mirrors, has been designed exclusively and offers the highest level of comfort.

Directly by the house, hiking and biking trails run, inviting you to explore along the Ahr. An excellent bike shop with rentals of e-bikes, etc. is located 300 meters away. Shopping options like a bakery, butcher, and Edeka are only 400 meters away, and there are numerous restaurants in the area.
Although the accommodation is relatively central, you can enjoy peace and quiet here, as it is located on the edge of the forest.

- Bed linen, towels, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, and toilet paper are already included in the price.
- Wi-Fi is available for you free of charge and conveniently with a password, as well as a private parking space directly at the house. Wi-Fi and a free parking space are available.
- For families with children, we are happy to provide a baby bed, a high chair, and special children's dishes upon request. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
- Additionally, there is the possibility to use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee if needed. Other fees that may apply: The use of the washing machine is available upon request for a fee.
- If you need further information or have special requests we can fulfill, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Bicycles can be securely parked on the property.
- A deposit of 50% will be charged after booking. The remaining payment must be made by bank transfer within 14 days before arrival.
- Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. check-in time : 3 PM - 12 PM
- Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM. check-out time : 0 AM - 10 AM
- Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in good time if needed for arrangements. The handover of the keys takes place in person on site.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The visitor's tax of €2 per person/night will be charged additionally on site.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist für Aktivitäten in beide Richtungen des Ahrtals ideal. Die Fewo ist modern eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist gut mit allem was man so zum Kochen benötigt ausgestattet. WLAN ist vorhanden und auch stabil. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und sichtlich um ihre Gäste bemüht. Vielen Dank dafür.
