The approximately 55m² large 4-star holiday apartment is cozy furnished, providing our guests with a pleasant and modern atmosphere in all available rooms.

The separate bedroom offers a large, comfortable double bed without a footboard for two people and includes a large wardrobe that can also accommodate extensive luggage without any issues. A pleasant and quiet ambiance in the room leaves nothing to be desired for a restful night, allowing guests to be active again with renewed energy the next day. The windows can be completely darkened with blinds.

The kitchen offers everything your heart desires. With the microwave, you have the option for a quick warm snack, and on the available electric stove with oven, you can also prepare extensive warm meals. Of course, all cooking utensils including dishes and cutlery are also available, so you don’t have to worry about those upon your arrival. After eating, the built-in dishwasher quickly restores order in the kitchen, and the large refrigerator provides enough space for all necessary supplies. Naturally, a coffee machine for a "good morning coffee" should not be missing in a well-equipped kitchen. A starter pack with cleaning supplies for the kitchen is ready.

The bathroom with daylight features a toilet and sink, as well as a shower, to wash off the dust from your arrival and excursions during your stay in Bad Neuenahr and to refresh yourself for the coming day. All sanitary elements in our holiday apartment in Bad Neuenahr have been modernized.

In the living room, you can wonderfully wind down after a long day and relax on the comfortable sofa bed or the accompanying armchair, reminiscing about the impressions of the day. A Smart TV is ready for your own access. The pull-out sofa bed also offers a comfortable second sleeping place for another 1-2 people. The sofa measures 1.40m x 2m and has a seamless mattress. This allows for a separate living-sleeping area to be created. Free Wi-Fi is available for streaming. If you prefer an additional separate bedroom instead of the sleeping option on the couch, you can request to book an extra room. Please inquire specifically about our Joker room, which is located on the first floor as an additional room.

All rooms are accessible via a corridor - our apartments do not have any passthrough rooms, which our guests consider a special plus. There is also a coat rack and a shoe cabinet in the corridor. Surely, you will appreciate these organizational aids!

The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the 2nd floor. In front of the house, there is a free parking space available depending on occupancy. Across the street, there are plenty of free public parking spaces if multiple vehicles of our guests need parking. A balcony on the first floor with a view over the gardens is partially available for our guests upon request. Please contact us in advance if needed. Garden furniture is also available free of charge. Your bicycles can be stored in the garage below.

A complimentary welcome package with cleaning supplies is part of our service. Bed linen and towels are included.

Our cozy and comfortable 4-star holiday apartments in a purely residential area await you in Bad Neuenahr. The non-smoking holiday apartments are your home away from home and are equipped with everything that makes life easier.

The center of the spa town Bad Neuenahr, with its spa park, AhrThermen, and casino, can be reached comfortably within 8-15 minutes on foot. The well-known red wine hiking trail, the Ahr cycle path, and Ahrweg are just a few minutes away. You can choose between 2 apartments.

You can reach all apartments with a separate entrance via the staircase.

Please inquire specifically about our Joker room: You can book an additional separately accessible room on the first floor upon request if you prefer an additional external bedroom instead of the sleeping option on the couch, or if the number of guests makes this necessary. A garage with charging facilities for e-bikes is available for bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is available for checking your emails and conducting research. We also provide a "welcome package" consisting of cleaning supplies, made-up beds, and towels at no additional cost. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also accessible.

A deposit of 50% will be charged after booking.
The remaining payment must be made on-site in cash.
Cancellations up to 42 days before arrival are free of charge. Up to 14 days, 50% will be charged. Later cancellations will be charged 80% of the total price.

Arrival is possible from 2 PM to 6 PM. Departure is possible between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible on request. Please contact us in good time to arrange this.
Key handover will take place via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.
A baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
The tourist tax of 2 € per person/night will be charged on-site in addition.
Other charges: Washing machine and dryer 6.00 € / wash cycle.

Arrival is possible from 3.00 pm on the first booking day and departure must be no later than 10.00 am on the following day of the last booking day. If the specified times are difficult for you to realize, depending on the booking situation, other times can be agreed individually. Please contact us !
