The seafront is just a short walk away (approximately 650 meters), where you’ll find a variety of restaurants and the charming Playa San Miguel de Abona beach.

You’ll find a spacious outdoor communal swimming pool just steps away from your own small private patio area. Typically open from 09:30 until dusk, the pool is surrounded by sunbathing spots where you can relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the warmth while working on your tan.

Situated on the ground floor and accessible via a small ramp, the apartment caters to wheelchair users and individuals with limited mobility, eliminating the need to navigate stairs or elevators.

This self-catering apartment provides all the essentials for a delightful stay. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge-freezer, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, and microwave. This apartment features two air-conditioned bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom, an internal room, houses a regular-sized bunk bed suitable for two guests. Additionally, there is a bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. Linens, towels, and an iron are all provided to enhance your stay.

6. Pet-Free Zone: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the property.

The apartment will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival, and the departure cleaning is already included in the price.
