Welcome to the charming, newly renovated Villa Sand, perfect for family getaways and gatherings with friends.
This spacious holiday home in Habichtswald Nature Park accommodates 10 adults and 3 small children across 5 bedrooms on 3 levels.
It features 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC, 1 bathroom with shower and sauna, a guest WC, an open-plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The open attic bedroom with 3 beds is accessible via a narrow staircase. One pet is welcome for an extra fee. High-speed Wi-Fi, TV, children’s books, and toys are provided.
For little ones, there’s a baby cot and high chair.
Enjoy relaxing evenings on the covered terrace and in the garden. Each guest receives free access to a fitness studio just 150 m away. Our house is also ideal for workations, offering reliable high-speed internet and a peaceful setting for focused work.
Combine productivity with relaxation and strengthen team spirit. Minimum stay is 2–3 days, depending on the season. Supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a bus stop are within walking distance.
Kassel, Edersee, and Twistesee are about 30 minutes away. Five parking spaces are available for Villa Sand.
Smoking and large events are not permitted.
Sauna, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.

Das Haus ist mit viel Detailliebe auf Vordermann gebracht worden. Wer Interior interessiert ist, wird es dort mögen.
Auch die Sauna ist natürlich ein nettes Nice to have. Wir fanden es toll, wie gut die Küche ausgestattet ist. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut dort gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat alles, was es braucht. Die Sauna ist wunderbar, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter perfekt und auch die Lage ist einwandfrei - sehr zu empfehlen !

Gefühlt 100m zu den Lebensmittelshops. Alles sauber. Gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden. Sogar Einweghauspuschen vorhanden.
Unser Aufenthalt war leider zu kurz.
