Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, this charming studio is located in a gated and very quiet residence. It includes
- a sleeping area with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom with a functional shower;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking:
- a balcony to get some fresh air and enjoy the view.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness as well as its beautiful view of the sea and the oyster farm (oysters "tamaris").
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Filter Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, Oven, TV, Iron, Hair Dryer, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, etc. Please note that linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located
- Close to the St Mandrier peninsula and other islands (Porquerolles, Port Cros, Ile du Levant, Les Embiez and Calanques).
- Access to the sea (Balaguier) in 7 minutes by a small path (bus stop and boat bus for Sablettes, St Mandrier, Toulon).

On February 7, 2008, the city obtained the label of seaside resort and tourism. It is part of the Communauté d'Agglomération Toulon Provence Méditerranée.
The town has a train station, putting La Seyne a few minutes from Toulon by TER, 40 minutes from Marseille and about 2 hours from Nice.
The nearest airports are Toulon/Hyères and Castellet. Finally, the port welcomes several cruise ships throughout the year.
The heritage of La Seyne is rich and testifies to the shipyard activity. Michel Marius Pacha, a rich visionary, also settled in La Seyne, he will give the city its tourist orientation by building a casino and a hotel in the Tamaris district.
The city has several beaches, including the beautiful white sand beach: Les Sablettes. Activities are numerous: Adventure course in the trees, horseback riding, tennis, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving... You will be spoiled for choice!
