A quiet residential neighbourhood, a stone's throw from everything: you can leave your car and move around Tuscany by train.
The apartment has been recently renovated and is delivered with attention to detail. Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe all over the wall.

Fully equipped kitchen: oven, stove, refrigerator, pots and utensils.
The private garden has an outdoor table and chairs for breakfast or an alfresco dinner.
It is a space reserved for the apartment, but overlooking an inhabited residential area: after 23:00 we ask to return home and not to leave music or loud voices outside.
Mosquito nets are present in all rooms.
Air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, three televisions.

We are in an inhabited residential building: if you want to experience Pisa as a resident, on foot from the station and with a garden all your own, this is exactly what you are looking for. Self check-in with a key box, between 16:00 and 20:00. You receive the code once the online registration is complete, together with photos of the route and the front door.
Arriving before 16:00 or after 20:00? Message us. When the apartment is free the day before, we grant early access at no extra cost.
Italian law requires us to register every guest before arrival.
A few days before you travel you receive a link to upload your ID and sign the rental contract.
Registration must be completed online before you can receive the access code.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos and is conveniently located near the train station and Pisa Centrale—great for getting around.
