The bright, quietly located holiday home is situated in a cul-de-sac at the edge of the forest. It offers 4 bedrooms, a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and around 150 sqm of living space. A large garden with a terrace, grill, and parking space completes the offer.

The house is radiation-free (network sockets in all rooms) and has been built with high-quality materials using energy-efficient and ecological methods. Amenities include a fireplace, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a home office area, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, as well as children’s books and toys. The private outdoor area features a garden, a covered terrace, and a grill.

A train and bus stop are also nearby. The Koelnmesse is 24 km away, Cologne Messe/Deutz station is 20 km, and Cologne Bonn Airport is 18 km.

A parking space is available on the property, and there are free parking spots on the street. Families with children are warmly welcome. The house can also be used as accommodation for workers or contractors.

A bicycle is available, and there are storage facilities for motorcycles and bicycles. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

There is the possibility to arrange horseback riding trips. The property also features waste separation guidelines, energy-saving lighting and water systems, as well as sustainable insulation materials. A convenient self-check-in system ensures easy arrival.
