Modern, recently renovated flat in a strategic position and a short distance from the Venezia Mestre railway station, which allows easy access to the Venezia Santa Lucia railway station.


The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with lift and can accommodate up to 5 people. The living area has a modern design and consists of a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, oven and snack tables. In the same room there is a sofa and a TV. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: the first is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and air conditioning, while the second offers a single bed, desk and air conditioning.


A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the property, as well as a practical double sofa bed.
