Welcome to the most spectacular Sunset on the island! This modern style accommodation is located in a residential complex with two communal swimming pools, next to Anfi del Mar and just a few steps from the beach. It has two terraces, one of them with a barbecue, so you will have more space than you could imagine to enjoy the sun, your morning coffee or those chats under the stars.
In the interior, the Mediterranean style is breathed in every corner, from the warm and bright tones, to the details of wood and ceramics that transport you to the coast just by opening your eyes. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning and another with two single beds and a fan. There is also a bathroom with shower and a terrace with 2 sun loungers, outdoor shower and chairs.
On the main floor, we find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. In the living room, which includes air conditioning and a 55¨ TV, where you can enjoy international channels and all sports, perfect for those nights when you just want to watch your favourite program from any corner of the world and sofa bed for 2 people. A bathroom with shower and laundry space and the large terrace with barbecue, dining table for 6 people and chillout space.
And if being in the centre of everything is your thing, this place has got you covered: 600 metres from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure life, you will have everything you need for a perfect holiday or a relaxing day in your own little corner.

A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 8 nights) with linen and towel change is included.

Trevligt ställe! Radhuset var stort nog för oss alla, Kändes som hemma, ärligt talat, Vi lagade några måltider och köket hade allt vi behövde, Poolen var en trevlig bonus, särskilt efter långa dagar på stranden, Om jag skulle klaga lite, hade vi kunnat använda några fler handdukar, Men överlag, fantastisk upplevelse, skulle absolut komma tillbaka

Das Sunset House hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre, ist super geräumig und modern – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag am Strand. Die Terrasse ist ein echter Hingucker und bietet tolle Fotomotive. Und ein Pool zum Abkühlen? Unbedingt! Definitiv eine Überlegung wert für einen Mädelsausflug.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på Sunset House, Huset var super hyggeligt og havde masser af plads til vores gruppe, Terrassen var et dejligt sted at nyde solnedgangen, Beliggenheden er virkelig bekvem, kun en kort gåtur til stranden og butikkerne, Den eneste ulempe var, at WiFi var lidt langsomt, men vi klarede os, Absolut værd at det!
