I feel like I was scammed. The room did not have proper bed sheets, the air conditioning was not strong enough to cool all the rooms, and there were rats in the room. We booked for five nights but had to leave on the second day because the conditions were unacceptable. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund us for the unused nights.
