At the reception, you'll find brochures and information about excursion destinations, shopping facilities, and leisure and sports facilities in the Eifel holiday region.

You can also purchase stamps, hiking maps, postcards, cycling tour maps, and fishing permits here. We also offer propane gas bottles (grey 11kg and 5kg, aluminum 11kg) for exchange.

Leisure Animation & Mini-Club.

During the NRW holiday periods, as well as on some long weekends, we offer a very diverse animation, sports, and entertainment program for children, teenagers, families, adults, and seniors. Reserved pitches are available from 2 PM on the day of arrival.

Rental units (including Comfort-Plus pitches) are available from 3 PM.

Should your arrival be significantly delayed, making arrival during reception opening hours impossible, you must notify us by email.

Arrival after 10 PM is not possible due to the start of the quiet hours. On the day of departure, pitches must be vacated by 12 PM at the latest, and rental units (including Comfort-Plus pitches) by 11 AM.
