The Apartment Bergzeit by FiS – Fun in Styria welcomes you to Öblarn, amidst the picturesque mountains of Styria, and combines modern comfort with a natural setting. Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is characterized by its barrier-free design and high-quality furnishings. With 60 m² of living space, the apartment offers ample space for up to four guests and is ideal for families and couples who value a sophisticated, contemporary ambiance.
Built in 2020 and recently renovated, the apartment boasts an open, homely layout. The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa, a cozy corner sofa, and a large 44-55 inch flat-screen TV (satellite reception, digital channels, and international channels). The adjoining dining area invites you to enjoy meals together at a large dining table. The open-plan kitchen provides direct access to the modern, fully equipped kitchen. It is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as a variety of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Dish towels and basic kitchen utensils are provided.
The separate bedroom has laminate flooring, a comfortable bed, and offers ample storage space thanks to a dresser, wardrobe, and shoe cabinet. In addition to the bedroom, you can use the sofa bed in the living area for additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Blackout blinds and privacy screens on the windows ensure a restful sleep. A modern bathroom with a shower (shower over tub), hairdryer, sink, mirror, and a variety of bath amenities is available, as well as a guest toilet.
The apartment is equipped with central heating and underfloor heating throughout, and features laminate flooring throughout the living and sleeping areas. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Additional amenities include a washing machine and dryer (both for your personal use), a vacuum cleaner, a clothes rack, and a ski boot warmer. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers also ensure comfort and safety.
Access to the private outdoor area is via a covered balcony or terrace with garden furniture and a view of the surrounding countryside. The communal garden with a lawn offers additional seating while enjoying the beautiful landscape. The view of the surrounding mountains, the valley, and the garden complements the natural feel, even though the mountain and valley views are partially obstructed.
The property is located at 670 meters above sea level in a quiet village surrounded by meadows, forests, and river landscapes. A variety of leisure and excursion options are available in the immediate vicinity: hiking trails, mountain bike tours, Nordic walking, trekking, paragliding, and tobogganing are among the options, as are cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and downhill skiing (ski lift 21 km away).
