Welcome to your haven in paradise! This recently renovated Mediterranean-style accommodation, updated in 2024, is located in a residential complex with a community pool, in the heart of Playa del Inglés, just a short walk from the beach and the Yumbo Shopping Center.
It features a private entrance, perfect for those moments when you want to feel exclusive from the first minute, and not one, but two terraces, giving you more space than you could imagine to enjoy the sun, your morning coffee, or those chats under the stars. Inside, the Mediterranean style is felt in every corner, from the warm, bright tones to the wood and ceramic details that transport you to the coast just by opening your eyes.
It has one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, and air conditioning in all rooms. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true for the most enthusiastic cooks, as it includes a dishwasher and all the kitchenware.
In the living room, which features air conditioning and a 65-inch TV, you can enjoy international channels and all sports, perfect for those nights when you just want to watch your favorite show from anywhere in the world. The bathroom is as modern as it is practical, with a shower that will make you feel like you're in a spa every morning. And if being in the center of everything is your thing, this place has you covered: steps from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and nightlife, you'll have everything you need for a perfect vacation or a relaxing day in your own corner. All rooms have unlimited high-speed 500 Mbps WiFi. A complete weekly cleaning (for stays longer than 8 nights) with a change of bed linen and towels is included. 2nd stay here now. We love how secure it is, spacious, modern, private, pool is a 20 second walk away, under 5 minutes walk to the yumbo centre, absolutely perfect.
