In the heart of the town centre next to the Basilica and a 1 minute walk from the Sablón beach and the port.

The flat is distributed in two double bedrooms with 1.50 m bed, two bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower), large living-dining room, separate kitchen with high and low furniture and table and chairs for breakfast and large distributor.

Llanes, has a wide trade in its streets and a variety of restoration.

The flat is tastefully decorated and designed for holiday stays.

Situated in the oldest and most beautiful part of Llanes, we can know the whole town on foot, walk along the cliffs of the promenade of San Pedro and enjoy a cahpuzón in any of the 3 beaches of Llanes, the Sablón 1 minute walk, Puertu Chicu 5 minutes across the harbour and Toró 10 minutes walk.

First floor with lift, no parking but we can leave the car in the Sablon parking less than 1 minute walk and leave the car a few minutes in front of the Basilica to load and unload luggage.

If we do not have a car, we can drive to Llanes by bus or train.

Pets are not allowed in the flat.
