Cocoonr is offering this charming 48 m² house for rent in the town of Saint-Alban, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 24 m² living room with a double sofa bed (140×190), TV and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - A shower room - A separate toilet On the mezzanine: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot. Outside: - A private 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A lovely 2,000 m² south-facing garden, which is not fenced off and is shared with the adjoining property The house is ideally situated in Saint-Alban, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 4 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Lamballe, 14 km away; Saint-Brieuc, 28 km away - Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne, 102 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. – Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay, for one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Dat we er alleen waren en andere gites niet bezet was. Waren niet op de hoogte van een 2 de gite voor 10 personen.
Tuinman gedurende 2 dagen druk bezig terwijl week voor en na ons verblijf de site leeg was en is. Toilet losse bril plus losse lamp.

maison agréable, fonctionnelle,bien équipée.
malheureusement un chauffage électrique qui saute en permanence,du coup ,peu ou pas de chauffage avec des températures hivernales ( décembre) ...le compteur étant géré a distance, on se retrouve dans le noir lors d'une douche le soir ,et une maison froide au levé...

Airbnb propre. Le séjour s’est bien passé, la vie dans le logement est ok.
Par contre nous avons été déçu de l’emplacement et l’environnement extérieur. Mais l’essentiel est que tout est bien été dans le logement.
