The accommodation is composed as follows : First floor : - 24 m² living room with double sofa bed (140×190), TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Mezzanine : - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.
Exterior: - A private 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - An attractive 2,000 m² south-facing garden, shared with the adjoining property.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Alban, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (4 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Lamballe 14 km; Saint-Brieuc 28 km - Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne 102 km Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
