The entrance opens onto the living room/lounge, impressive for its generous surface area (50m²) and its high ceilings.
The kitchen with its central island adjoins the terrace (bay window).
The corridor serves the 3 bedrooms and the separate toilet.
Each bedroom benefits from an atmosphere and a private bathroom.
The "Edgar Poe" bed 140x190, TV, shower room/wc.
The "Arthur Rimbaud" 2 beds 90x200, TV, shower room/wc, terrace access.
The "Jim Morrison" bed 180x200, TV, shower room/wc, terrace access.
Just for you: wellness area (spa, massage table, elliptical bike), south-facing terrace, parking space, 2-space garage.
To share with our 2 gîtes Vénus, Hélios: in the basement the games room equipped with billiards, table football, TV, board games, library, piano, toilet.
To share with Annabelle: the laundry room in the basement (washing machine and dryer).
Travel cot, high chair and bathtub are available on request. In the heart of the Vercors regional natural park, in a forest setting, 5 minutes from the Col de l'Écharasson, a road parallel to the picturesque and dizzying Combe Laval road, the location is privileged.
Only 1 hour from Grenoble and 2 hours from Lyon, summer and winter, you will be spoiled for choice for practicing sports and leisure activities or for relaxing on the terrace.
For skiers: Font d'Urle (17km), Herbouilly (38km), Col du Rousset (40km).
Depending on the season and your desires: cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, dog sledding, biathlon, caving, canyoning, climbing, mountain biking.
But also magnificent caves (caves of Luire, Draye Blanche, Choranche), places of History and memory (Resistance and maquis of Vercors) and local specialties: ravioles, Vercors blue cheese, trout, clairette de Die, walnuts…

Excellent séjour, le gîte est très bien aménagé, la décoration est originale et faite avec beaucoup de goût. L’endroit est magnifique, très calme et facile d’accès même s’il est isolé. C’est un excellent endroit pour se ressourcer et passer de très bons moments en famille.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement est confortable et bien équipé, la cuisine est très agréable. Il est possible de se promener facilement autour du gîte dans la montagne. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons adoré la salle de jeux à notre disposition. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir à l'occasion !
