Located on the first floor in Le Bugue, this bright and quiet apartment is perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with friends.
With 60 m² of space, it accommodates up to 4 guests and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Please note there is no elevator access to the first floor.
The apartment is part of a family house; the owner lives on the ground floor and may occasionally pass by during the day. For your comfort, the apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a workspace for remote work, a TV, four fans, and a washing machine.
A baby cot and high chair are also available.
Bed linen and towels can be rented on request for an extra fee. The private outdoor area, reserved exclusively for guests, is to the right upon arrival: a grassy space with a table and four chairs, plus a gazebo facing the entrance—perfect for relaxing meals and enjoying the sun in peace. The apartment is ideally located less than 500 m from the center of Le Bugue, supermarkets, restaurants, bike rentals, and tourist attractions, with shuttle services to Les Eyzies, Montignac, and Sarlat.
The region is the gateway to the Vézère and Dordogne valleys. Two parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is nearby.
Electric vehicle charging is not available.
Families are welcome, but pets and smoking are not allowed. The property provides a small stock of food essentials, a storage room for bikes and motorbikes, and waste sorting instructions.
It features water- and energy-saving devices, uses sustainable materials, and is powered by solar panels.
