The Space & Amenities The house is designed for comfort and style across its four levels: Interior:Warm parquet floors throughout, gas heating for the winter, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Climate Control:For your comfort, the living room and two of the main bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The bedrooms with single beds feature fansto keep the rooms fresh.
Outdoors:Full access to a large terrace, a private swimming pool, and a dedicated barbecuearea for outdoor meals.
Parking:A large private garage with space for several vehicles.
Important Seasonal Note: Water Temperature To ensure a transparent experience, we would like to inform you about a characteristic of the local infrastructure during the summer months.
Due to the intense sun exposure in the area, the water in the pipes is naturally heated by the sun during the day. Summer Season:Refreshing cool water is primarily available in the early morning.
During the rest of the day, the water can become very hot, which limits its use for showering comfortably.
We recommend planning your showers for the early hours or enjoying our pool to cool off during the sunny hours.
Winter Season:The water temperature operates with total normality.
