The Ramée leisure park, 3 km away, offers a wide range of outdoor activities: water sports on the lake, fishing, hiking, golf, tennis, swimming, and more.
The gîte is located on the first floor of the house, which is shared between the owner's apartment and another gîte on the same level.
The door opens onto an entrance hall leading to the living room (kitchen and dining area), which in turn opens onto a small sitting room.
A hallway leads to a bedroom (one double bed, 140x190cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
A steep staircase leads to the second floor (attic): the mezzanine features a sleeping area with a single bed (90x190cm) and a desk area, and connects to a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (120x190cm). Electric heating via heat pump.

WORK FROM HOME: A desk and lamp are provided (an electrical outlet for a laptop is nearby; extension cords and power strips are available upon request).
