It measures 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a terrace of around 30 m².

- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (2 single beds)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200), TV and a balcony

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

La maison est impeccable, en bon état, propre et bien équipée. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La résidence dans laquelle se trouve le logement est agréable et permet de faire des ballades près de l'étang. Petit point négatif, nous avions défini un horaire de checkin mais la personne de l'agence nous avait oublié et ne répondait pas aux appels.
