Welcome to Haus 126, your dream holiday home in picturesque Karlshagen! This spacious and modern accommodation spans 85 m² and can accommodate up to seven people – ideal for families, groups of friends, or a relaxing holiday with the whole family.
With three cozy bedrooms, elegant design, and an open-plan living kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, your stay here will be an unforgettable experience. The light-flooded living room, equipped with a wood-burning stove, invites you to linger.
Here you can relax and enjoy your time with a good book or in good company.
Entertainment is provided by three televisions and a hi-fi system for the right musical accompaniment.
There are also numerous games, ideal for sociable evenings. The large terrace with garden furniture is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh air – especially when barbecuing with the available charcoal grill.
Children will be delighted with their own play area, and two bathrooms ensure there is enough space for everyone, even during peak holiday seasons.
Additional extras such as bed linen and towels (these are NOT included in your booking) can be booked via our guest app. You also have an outbuilding + 4 bicycles available. The bicycles are a free service provided by the owner.
If the bicycles are not available due to destruction, vandalism, damage, or force majeure, there is no entitlement to replacement bicycles or rent reduction. Die Gegend ist ideal für Wanderungen , zum Radfahren und natürlich zum Baden.
Das Grundstück ist leider nicht komplett eingezäunt und somit für Hunde nicht geeignet . Die Vorhänge im Erdgeschoß
sind nicht blickdicht . Nachts kann man von außen alles im Raum erkennen.
