Welcome to "Haus 159" – your perfect retreat in Karlshagen! This modern and comfortable holiday home, with a generous area of 85 m², offers space for up to six people and is ideal for families, friends, and groups seeking relaxation and activity.
The accommodation spans three floors and features three cozy bedrooms, each individually designed and furnished with high-quality furniture.
The luxurious amenities include two stylish bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers, sinks, mirrors, and toilets.
Additional extras such as bed linen and towels (these are NOT included in your booking) can be booked via our guest app. The open and light-filled kitchen-diner connects the cooking area with an inviting dining space and a spacious living room.

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires: refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine.
The large dining table provides ample seating for all guests, while the sofa area in the living room invites relaxation – equipped with a TV, DVD player, and a selection of games and books to ensure there's never a dull moment. Another highlight of the holiday home is the beautiful terrace with a beach chair, perfect for cozy evenings outdoors.
You can use the grill here and enjoy the garden furniture during the warmer months.
The child-friendly amenities are a great advantage, especially for families with children – a high chair and a baby bed are provided, so no extra effort is needed for the little ones.
The property also includes a storage shed with 1 women's bike, 1 men's bike, and two folding bikes. The beach chair and bicycles are a complimentary service from the owner.
Should the beach chair not be available due to destruction, vandalism, or force majeure, there is no entitlement to a replacement beach chair or rent reduction. After an eventful day at the beach, which is just a few minutes' walk away, you can relax and recharge in the in-house sauna.

Der Privatparkplatz bezieht sich tatsächlich nur auf ein Fahrzeug. Es gibt die Möglichkeit weitere Fahrzeuge etwas weiter entfernt abzustellen, dafür wird aber ein Parkausweis benötigt, der bei der Schlüsselübergabe mit bestellt werden muss.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, mit allem was man braucht. Die Kaffeemaschine war leider kaputt, wurde aber sofort nach Mitteilung getauscht. Alles super gewesen.
