The terraced house with 5 residential units is located in Neuhof on the Großer Jasmunder Bodden with an unobstructed view of the water and only approx. 200m from the Bodden.
The terraced house is situated on a large, well-maintained, and fenced property of approx. 5,000 sqm, which can be used by all guests.
There is something for everyone: a large playground with a sandpit, swings, a slide, and a climbing wall; a separate sandpit for the little ones; an orchard; a large pond; plenty of lawn area for relaxation and sports activities, as well as many places to linger. Each terraced house has a separate terrace of approx. 14 sqm with a view of the garden and the Bodden, with high hedges on the sides and garden furniture. There are a total of four identical holiday apartments or terraced houses next to each other, so you could also book and spend your holidays together with your extended family or friends. Hinter dem Haus ist ein sehr schön angelegter Garten , den man auch nutzen kann . Eine kleine Terrasse , wo man in Ruhe sitzen und essen kann und entspannen kann.
Die Wohnung hat sehr nach Hund gerochen und leider hatten wir überall Hundeharre liegen. Die Steckdose im Schlafzimmer benötigt etwas Beachtung, ist nicht so gut, wenn dort vielleicht mal Kleinkinder spielen und die Steckdose hängt halb aus der Wand raus. Ansonsten ist es eine schöne Wohnung.
