The Cooonr agency offers this charming 50 m² wooden chalet for rent in Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
It has a 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a shared garden of around 2,000 m². We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 22 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa and armchairs - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee maker, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a single bed (90×190) above and a double bed (140×190) below - Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC Outside: - A private terrace of around 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather A shared area with the Les Vents de Gironde flat, comprising : - An above-ground swimming pool measuring 3.80 x 5.80 m and 1.20 m high.
The steps must be removed after each use. It is open from May to September (opening dates non-contractual). - A 2,000 m² shared garden, equipped with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
Petanque pitch and various fruit trees. The chalet is ideally located in Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet, in a very quiet area at the foot of the hiking trails.
All the essential shops in Mortagne-sur-Gironde are nearby.
There is also a hypermarket just 12 km away. What to do : - Visit Talmont - Discover Mortagne-sur-Gironde and its port - Leisure complex at Meschers (go-karting, bowling, cinema, climbing, etc.) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles). Public transport : Nearest airport: Bordeaux-Mérignac airport, about 120 km away by car (about 1h30). Nearest train station: Royan train station, about 25 km away, 30 minutes by car. Other remarks : - Pets accepted free of charge.
Only one pet per stay. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual and subject to change.

Le Chalet est situé au calme au milieu des vignes avec une belle vue sur l'estuaire, très bien équipé, il permet de penser qu'à soit et à la détente, un super U et un LIDL sont à 20 minutes en voiture pour les courses du quotidien, le village de Mortagne-sur-Gironde est quand à lui à 5 minutes pour ...
