In the living room, a 55-inch LED TV with internet TV and a Philips radio with an iPhone dock are available.

External shutters on all windows ensure secure and complete blackout for sleeping. A special highlight is the approximately 58 m² roof terrace with direct access from the 12 m² balcony, which is exclusively available to our guests.

A washing machine and dryer are available to tenants in the apartment complex for a fee. Parking: A secure and dry parking space is available for your vehicle in the building's underground garage (clearance height max. 190 cm). Location: Timmendorf is one of the most popular seaside resorts in the Bay of Lübeck, with its diverse shops, cafes, restaurants, the Sea Life Center, and its fine sandy beach.

Water sports such as sailing, diving, windsurfing, and water skiing are possible here, as are varied cycling tours in the Holstein Switzerland region.
