Your vacation rental is spread over two levels.
- On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, lounge, laundry room, toilet, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190) including a private bathroom with shower.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190, 2 single beds 80x200 that can be combined to form a 160x200 bed), bathroom with shower and bathtub, library area with private sauna, toilet.
Outside:
A 500 m² garden currently being developed, a 55 m² private terrace.
Parking for your vehicles is available in a 40 m² private courtyard.
The accommodation is located in a new development where several houses are currently being built. Welcome to Plestin Les Grèves, where this modern house with a refined interior awaits you for your next vacation near the sea.
It's impossible not to fall under the spell of this town, which offers several sandy beaches.
The largest is St Efflam (3.5 km away). Ideal for swimming and water sports.
Nearby, the other beaches: Curés (4.5 km), Tossen Ar C'hoz (4.5 km), and Beg Douar (4.9 km) will also delight you.
If you enjoy hiking, you'll be enchanted.
You can walk the GR34 (2.5 km away), which will take you through the most beautiful landscapes. 25 km away, you'll visit the famous Pink Granite Coast. On the other side, heading west, cross the departmental border towards Finistère and its Bay of Morlaix! What can you see there? Morlaix, of course! Our Breton gem, with its historic center, viaduct, and port, is 20 km away. Not to mention the seaside resorts of Locquirec (6.7 km) and Carantec (33 km).

Je recommande ce gîte, très propre, spacieux avec tout le nécessaire. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région, non loin de la mer. Hôte très sympatique. Je reviendrai volontier avec ma petite famille.
