Location: In the Heiligenblut ski area. Top location directly on the ski piste. Stand-alone ski hut at 2300 metres above sea level with a beautiful view of the Hohe Tauern mountains. Ski run from and to the house. Access only by gondola and subsequent ski descent. Luggage transport by gondola and Ratrak (fee).
House: Modern, comfortable ski hut with sauna and wood-burning stove. 6-room house with approx. 130 square metres of living space over 2 floors. Rustic, cosy atmosphere with wood panelling in all rooms. Wood heating.
Basement: sauna with shower. Separate WC.
Parterre: Spacious kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove, dining table, corner bench, satellite TV, modern kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher, additional wood-burning cooker). 2 double bedrooms. 3-bed room with single bed, bunk bed. 4-bed room with 2 bunk beds. Bathroom: shower, 2 baths, WC.
1st floor: double room with sloping ceilings.
