Enjoy a long weekend or a family or friends vacation by staying in the former village ballroom dating back to 1897. Once known as "La Raquette," it has been transformed into a vast Villa with outbuildings spanning over 300m² on a fully enclosed and secure 1200 m² plot, capable of accommodating up to 12 adults and 1 child.
Located in the heart of the picturesque village streets of Préfailles, a short walk from the beach, bakeries, bike rentals, cafes, and restaurants.
This furnished tourist accommodation is laid out as follows: The main house, all on one level, includes an independent kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances to make you feel at home (gas hob and electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and much more). A dining room semi-open to a large TV-Wi-Fi lounge overlooking the terrace and garden.
Along the hallway, you will find a separate toilet, a separate bathroom, a separate game room (games provided) with a bed (1x90cm), a bedroom with bunk beds (2x90cm), and a master suite (1x180cm bed) with a shower room, a dressing room, and a separate toilet. The first floor, accessed from the outside, comprises a large bedroom (1x180cm bed) with a sea-view balcony, a single bedroom (1x90cm bed), and a bathroom with a toilet. Two outbuildings at the bottom of the garden: one consists of a living room, a bedroom (1x160cm bed), and a bathroom with a separate toilet.
The other consists of a bedroom (1x160cm bed) and a bathroom with a separate toilet. For maximum comfort, garden furniture, parasols, a charcoal barbecue, and some loungers are provided.
An outdoor utility room equipped with an American fridge-freezer, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer completes this home. You can securely store your bikes under the lean-to and park up to 4 cars on the secured property.
For additional parking, the beach parking lot is just a stone's throw away. Villa adéquate pour grande famille. L’emplacement est parfait car la mer est à deux pas. L’accueil est chaleureux. Pas de fausses notes pour cette location, peut-être un petit rafraîchissement, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un très bon séjour.
