Take advantage of an extended weekend or a holiday with family or friends to stay in the old village ballroom dating from 1897. Renamed La Raquette and now a vast Villa and its outbuildings of more than 300m² on enclosed and secure grounds of 1200 m². Can accommodate up to 13 people (11 adults maximum)
Located in the heart of the picturesque lanes of the village of Préfailles, just a few steps from the beach, bakeries, bike hire, cafés and restaurants. This furnished holiday home in the order of visit comprises
A main house on one level, with a separate kitchen equipped with all the appliances you need to feel at home (gas cooker and electric oven, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker and nespresso capsules, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more). A semi-open-plan dining room opens onto a large TV-wifi lounge overlooking the terrace and garden. Along the long corridor you will find a separate toilet, a separate bathroom, a separate games room (games available) with bed (1x90), a bedroom with bunk beds (2x90) and a master suite (1x180) with en-suite shower room, dressing room and separate toilet.
A first floor with access from outside, comprising a large bedroom (1x180) with sea-view balcony, a single bedroom (1x90) and a bathroom and separate wc.
Two outbuildings at the bottom of the garden, one comprising a lounge, a bedroom (1x160) and a bathroom and separate wc. The other comprises a bedroom (1x160), bathroom and separate wc.
For maximum comfort, garden furniture, parasols, a charcoal barbecue and a number of deckchairs are available. An outside storeroom equipped with an American fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer completes this house.
You can secure your bikes under the lean-to and park up to 4 cars in the secure grounds. For additional parking, the beach car park is just a stone's throw away.

Villa adéquate pour grande famille. L’emplacement est parfait car la mer est à deux pas. L’accueil est chaleureux. Pas de fausses notes pour cette location, peut-être un petit rafraîchissement, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un très bon séjour.
