Enjoy a long weekend or a family or friends' vacation by staying in the former village ballroom from 1897, formerly known as La Raquette, now a spacious Villa with outbuildings spanning over 300m² on a walled and secured 1200 m² plot.
It can accommodate up to 12 adults and 1 child. Located in the heart of the picturesque narrow streets of the Préfailles village, a short walk from the beach, bakeries, bike rentals, cafés, and restaurants.
This furnished tourist accommodation is laid out as follows: The main house, all on one level, includes a separate kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home (gas hob and electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and much more). A dining room semi-open to a large living room with TV and Wi-Fi, opening onto the terrace and garden.
Along the long corridor, you will find a separate toilet, a separate bathroom, a separate game room (games provided) with a single bed (90cm), a bedroom with bunk beds (2x90cm), and a master suite (180cm bed) with a shower room, a dressing room, and a separate toilet. The upper floor, with external access, comprises a large bedroom (180cm bed) with a sea-view balcony, a single bedroom (90cm bed), and a bathroom with toilet. Two outbuildings at the end of the garden: one with a living room, a bedroom (160cm bed), and a separate bathroom with toilet.
The other with a bedroom (160cm bed) and a separate bathroom with toilet. For maximum comfort, garden furniture, parasols, a charcoal barbecue, and a few deckchairs are provided.
An outdoor utility room equipped with an American fridge-freezer, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer completes this home. You can securely store your bikes under the lean-to and park up to 4 cars on the secured grounds.
For additional parking, the beach parking lot is just a stone's throw away. Villa adéquate pour grande famille. L’emplacement est parfait car la mer est à deux pas. L’accueil est chaleureux. Pas de fausses notes pour cette location, peut-être un petit rafraîchissement, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un très bon séjour.
