The flat is located in Palm Mar, a quiet village right by the sea, and is only 15 minutes by car from Tenerife Sur airport. There are numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the sea is only a 5-minute walk away and can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bed and a large sofa bed.

Bedroom:
The bedroom has a large 180x200 bed, built-in wardrobes for clothes and a TV. It also has access to the balcony. The balcony has a washing line. The bedroom can be completely darkened with electric shutters.

Living and dining area:
The open-plan living and dining area offers access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery. A dining table and pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 people ensure comfort, while a TV with German channels and electric shutters for complete blackout provide entertainment and privacy.

Terrace:
The shaded terrace on the sunny side is equipped with two deckchairs as well as a table and two chairs. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny days.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, WC, washing machine and washbasin with mirror and vanity unit. A window provides sufficient ventilation. Shower and beach towels are provided in the flat.
