For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in. All linen and towels are provided. For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own. Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen. Booking Notes The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 adults. Please note that the sofa bed is only prepared for reservations with more than two guests.
If your booking is for two people and you wish to use the sofa bed, note that this request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and an additional fee may apply. To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of 150€ is required, payable by credit card before arrival. Final details for check-in and driving instructions will be sent 7 days before your arrival. The entrance code will be sent 2 days before your arrival. This property is a self check-in unit and check-in time is 16:00 or after.

The apartment was just as pictured. It was spotless and had everthing we needed. The spot and veiw were perfect. It was very close walking distance to all attractions. There was a fabulous restaurant just below the apartment. Our only concern was the bed was very firm, and I like a firm bed. Even with this concern, we would stay here again.

Lovely appartment. Well appointed, spacious and clean. Perfect location in the old town with a sea view from yhe balcony, and very close to a wide choice of restaurants and bars.
Only minor area for improvement was the lack of washing up liquid and shower gel on arrival, which necessitated a trip to the supermarket before umeinding agter the journey.
