Welcome to El Lagar, a charming 120 sqm country house nestled in Canalejas de Peñafiel, in the heart of the legendary Ribera del Duero wine region in Castilla y León. This spacious property sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 comfortable bedrooms, making it ideal for families and groups of friends.
Surrounded by vineyards and rolling countryside, the finca offers a private terrace and garden where you can relax and soak in the peaceful rural landscape.
The name El Lagar — meaning 'the winery press' — reflects the rich viticultural heritage of this remarkable area. Just a short drive away, the iconic Peñafiel Castle towers over the Duero valley, housing the Wine Museum of Valladolid.
Explore the Ribera del Duero wine route with its celebrated bodegas, taste world-class wines, and discover the medieval villages and monasteries dotting this beautiful region. The property is perfectly located for visits to Valladolid, historic Segovia, and the scenic Hoces del Duero natural reserve.
Whether you are a wine enthusiast, history lover, or simply seeking a tranquil rural escape, El Lagar offers an authentic Castilian experience.
