La situation proche du centre-ville et de la plage. Le confort de la literie. La petite terrasse.
La difficulté d’accès à la cuisine et la terrasse par un escalier en colimaçon particulièrement haut, étroit et sans main courante. Il serait bien aussi de préciser dans la description qu’il y a aussi une volée de marches à gravir entre l’entrée au niveau du trottoir et la porte d’entrée du logement.
