Gite on the ground floor of the owner's chalet (access from the road via the gently sloping garden (no steps or stairs), comprising a living room-kitchen (combined microwave oven), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), a bathroom (shower and WC).

Parking at the side of the road. In a residential area on the heights of Aillon le Jeune, ground floor cottage with a very clear view of the valley and the mountains.
Large corner terrace with a main orientation due south.
Shops open during the summer and winter tourist season (grocery store, sports shops, restaurants) in Aillon le jeune or open all year round in Châtelard 14km away.
