Holiday house 300m from the Baltic Sea beach with 7 bedrooms, private sauna, and fireplace in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow on the island of Usedom.
Your spacious holiday home was originally built at the turn of the century in the then typical style of the summer residences of Berliners.
It was completely renovated and restored in 2020 and now meets the highest demands for modern holiday accommodation for larger families or groups.
Up to 18 people (14 beds in 7 bedrooms, 1 extra bed, 3 baby cots) can find recreation and relaxation here.
On the ground floor, there is a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen also provides direct access to the partly covered terrace with ample seating for all residents.
A grill is available, as are sun loungers for enjoying the sun.
In addition to the 7 bedrooms, there are 4 bathrooms with showers, 2 separate WCs, and a private sauna.
The bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor are also suitable for wheelchair users.
There are 4 parking spaces in front of the house.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the holiday home and on the terrace.
The large television in the living room turns every TV show into a shared experience.
Additionally, some bedrooms have a TV.
You can also enjoy your stay here during the cold season.

Das Ferienhaus war toll, sehr geräumig mit vielen Schlafzimmern und Bädern/ Toiletten und vor allem sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, es gibt sogar einen Grill auf der Terrasse.
