Step inside and you will be welcomed by a spacious open-plan area, housing a country-style kitchen, a pleasing dining area with a table seating seven guests and an inviting sitting room.
Utilise the well-equipped kitchen by preparing and cooking hearty meals for all the family to enjoy around the oak dining table.
The spacious sitting room boasts high ceilings giving it a bright and airy feel in the daytime, and in the evenings you can look forward to snuggling up with your loved ones for a movie marathon in front of the stylish woodburning stove, perfect for those colder nights.
For those longer stays, the ground floor also hosts a convenient utility room, fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The sleeping quarters consist of three well-presented bedrooms.
The first is a ground-floor double room, while the second is a ground-floor family room, complete with a super-king-size (zip/link) and a single with an en-suite walk-in shower - ideal for those with limited mobility.
Head upstairs to discover the third bedroom, where a double bed awaits, to catch your night's rest, while you can unwind before bed with a steamy soak in the en-suite bathroom.
Venture out of the double bedroom to discover a second sitting room, nestled on a mezzanine level, offering a quiet space to relax with a good book or simply admire the far-reach sea views.

A fantastic cottage, warm, comfortable and with amazing views. Beautifully decorated for Christmas Walks from the door and just a 20 minute walk from Newport. Lynda could not be more helpful or accommodating Yes, it is a little tired in places but it really does not distract from this wonderful cottage. Will we be back, yes defiantly we love this cottage and the area around Newport

Lovely spacious barn right in the countryside with a commanding sea view. Lots of room for all the family and comfy shared spaces as well. We all felt completely relaxed after our stay and will definitely visit again. The village of Newport and Fishguard are delightful places to visit and explore.

West Dairy was wonderful! So peaceful and relaxing. Spacious, a view to calm the soul and just remote enough to completely unwind and hear the birds and the sheep. The beds are soo comfortable I couldn’t wait to return for the second time.
