Cute apartment recently renovated, perfectly located to enjoy the delights of historical Tavira town with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The open plan accommodation is all on one level (ground floor) with a bright and modern interior, including a newly refurbished shower room and bedroom at the rear. Simple place to stay, with an unbeatable location for couples wanting a comfortable base from which to explore all that Tavira has to offer.
THE ACCOMMODATION
Cute, compact and recently renovated, situated right in the heart of vibrant Tavira town centre in an unbeatable location! This apartment comprises an open plan living area which include a fully equipped kitchen, a place to dine and a sofa to watch TV. The sofa also converts to an extra bed to accommodate extra guests. Tucked neatly at the rear of the apartment are a cosy bedroom with 2 single beds (hotel style) and a newly fitted shower room. Fully air conditioned, with internet access and a selection of Portuguese TV channels. Please note, there is no outside space with this accommodation.
Situated in a prime spot, you'll have effortless access to a wealth of conveniences. Supermarkets, the historical centre, local shops, delightful restaurants, and the boat jetty to the gorgeous beach island are all just a short stroll away, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of your stay.
ACCESS & PARKING
This is private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. Please note that there are 2 small steps to reach the front door of this property, but then no steps within the property itself. Parking on street side locally without a charge.

• TOURIST TAXES
Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.
