Villa do Vale is a stunning family villa located in a peaceful residential area in Tavira. With a sparkling swimming pool, lush grassy spaces with mature shrubs embracing various outdoor dining and lounging spaces, this is the ideal holiday home! The elegant interior offers spacious open-plan living and 4 bedrooms with private balconies. Only 2kms from Tavira's historic town centre, the villa provides a super blend of pool and beach experiences, making it an excellent choice for families.
ELEGANT INTERIOR
You are welcomed by an impressive entrance hall, with living areas on the left and a bedroom on the right. The spacious open-plan sitting room features a TV and large patio windows overlooking the pool. The elevated dining area includes an elegant table and chairs, and the entire space is richly furnished. The bright kitchen at the back offers ample storage, full appliances, and a breakfast table. A back door opens to the gardens. To the right, there is a convenient ground-floor bedroom with a dressing area and private shower room.
BEDROOMS - FIRST FLOOR
Upstairs, you'll find three more bedroom suites: two twin bedrooms with balconies and one of which has a private bathroom along with a double bedroom. A separate bathroom is shared by the 2 bedrooms.
OUTSIDE SPACES
The villa boasts a swimming pool surrounded by grassy gardens and terrace space, complete with sunbeds and cozy corners for reading. A poolside seating area and alfresco dining area with a barbecue offer ideal spots for relaxation. The garden is securely enclosed by gates and mature shrubs, making it perfect for families with small children.

FINAL NOTES
This is a private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. 1 bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor. There are no steps to reach the main house and the ground floor bedroom, but there is a staircase to the other 3 bedrooms. There are 2 steps down from dining and kitchen to the lounge area. Parking is within the grounds and the gardens and parking are securely gated.
