I have the great pleasure to welcome you in my charming 31 square meters apartment, located on the 1st floor without elevator and ready to receive two persons. It is ideally located in a quiet area, accessible to the city center, close to the BEACH and near a sailing club, bars and restaurants. You will love its location which allows you to discover sites of interest.

My studio includes a living room with a sleeping area with a sofa bed, a shower room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Television, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.


The accommodation is located 7 minutes by car from the city center. You will find everything you need! In addition, you will have the opportunity to discover the essential places of the city such as: the Beach Palavas les flots, the Beach Rive Droite, the Luna park Palavas, the Transcanal, the Lighthouse of the Mediterranean, the Small Train of Palavas, the Podium of the Languedoc jousts and the Casino.

You can also visit: the Cathedral of Maguelone at 17 min by car, the Parc du Levant at 9 min, the Albert Dubout Museum also at 9 min, the Lez River at 15 min and the Seaquarium of Grau-du-Roi at 22 min by car.
