The VORAMAR residential building is a low-rise construction of three floors without an elevator, located on the very beachfront with direct access to the sand.
Situated in the northern part of Xeraco beach, close to restaurants and other services.
It's a quiet area with little traffic, ensuring disconnection and rest. It offers a nice swimming pool with a demarcated children's shallow area, surrounded by accessible common areas and gardens. Second-floor apartment (no elevator), with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with shower trays), separate kitchen with utility area and living-dining room with access to a west-facing terrace.
Includes a garage space. Capacity for 6 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ADMITTED. PETS ARE NOT ADMITTED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). Includes a bed linen change every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
There is the possibility of key collection outside of office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the security deposit.
Check-out and vacating of the accommodations must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver (insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water is ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.
The latter is very popular with ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of undeveloped beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible on the beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
