1. The whole house is well equipped.
2. The view is marvelous, especially for the sunset and the sunrise. It is easy to have some wonderful photos just by the window.
3. Supermarkets are within 5 min drive, and you can find parking for one car easily by the house.
4. The neighbors are nice and friendly.
1. Since it is somehow uphill, it could be slightly chill in winter.
