On the upper level, a fully equipped solarium awaits you, perfect for soaking up the sun all day long. The ground floor has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious, bright living room.
Outside, the villa offers all the comforts of home, including garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, footstools and an arbour with a large table for shaded al fresco dining, complete with barbecue.
The property is fully fenced, guaranteeing your privacy, and has a private parking space within the grounds. ### Access to the villa### The villa is located in the heart of the Vistabella golf course, in a quiet street. Access to the villa is facilitated by a connected lock.
Before your arrival, we will provide you with the access codes via our traveller application, so that you can settle in with complete peace of mind as soon as you arrive.
